Peter Bower

Peter Bower brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a practice focused on real estate transactions, business and real estate contracts, franchises, mergers and acquisitions, landlord-tenant law, construction law, HOA law, and corporate law.
Previously, Peter served as in-house counsel for a private real estate investment firm with more than $1 billion in assets under management. In that role, he oversaw a broad range of legal matters, including property sales and leasing, HR compliance, tax appeals, contract negotiations, franchise operations, business and personal property tax, mediation and arbitration, and litigation management.
In addition to his legal responsibilities, Peter also held the position of Chief Operations Officer, where he directed operations for a workforce of more than 2,000 employees across diverse asset classes, including hospitality, restaurants, multifamily, single-family, commercial, industrial, and specialty properties such as amusement parks.
Peter’s extensive background in both law and business equips him with the practical insight and problem-solving skills to navigate complex negotiations and resolve challenging real estate issues. He is licensed to practice in Montana and California.
